Tucker County is a rural county located in the beautiful mountains of northeastern West Virginia. It is home to five Class IV municipalities including Davis, Hambleton, Hendricks, Thomas and the county seat of Parsons.

Tucker County is just a day’s drive for much of the eastern U.S. and within a 500 mile radius of more than 50% of the nation’s population. A four-lane highway known as Corridor H is due for completion within the next few years and will provide convenient access to the area for added growth and development.

The park consists of nearly 162 contiguous acres with immediate access off US Rt. 93. The existing 6000 square foot Industrial Building was constructed in 2007 and provides access to modern utilities including gas, water and sewage.
